Quanta

Quanta service terms and refund policy

Effective version as published on this page.

1 · What the service is

Quanta is an independent relay. It forwards your API requests to third-party model providers and bills each request on the tokens it uses. By creating an account or sending a request you accept these terms.

2 · Accounts and keys

An API key is equivalent to your account credentials. Keep it private; any loss caused by a key you leaked, shared or lent is your responsibility. Retire a key in the dashboard as soon as you suspect it is exposed.

3 · Billing and top-ups

The service is prepaid. Your balance is a credit used to pay for API calls; it is not a cash deposit and earns no interest. Each call is charged after it completes, at the prices on the public rate card at that moment.

4 · Refunds of unused balance

Unused balance can be refunded if you ask within 15 days of the top-up; the part already consumed and the payment provider's fees are deducted.

Consumed credit and top-ups older than 15 days are not refunded. Credit received from referrals or promotions (including sign-up trial credit) cannot be refunded or withdrawn as cash; referral rewards follow their own withdrawal rules.

To ask for a refund, leave a note on the Contact page. We handle requests within 3 working days.

5 · Uptime and outages

We work to keep the relay running but do not promise 100% availability. We are not liable for indirect losses caused by upstream outages, network failures or other events outside our control.

6 · Using the service lawfully

You must use the service in line with applicable law and the policies of the model providers. Accounts used for abuse, fraud or unlawful content are suspended without refund.

7 · What the models say

Answers are generated by third-party models and may be wrong or incomplete. You are responsible for checking output before relying on it.

8 · Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page is the one in force.

9 · Request logs and privacy

For abuse handling and billing disputes, the text you send in prompts (not system instructions and not model answers) is stored with your account for 30 days and then deleted automatically.

A diagnostic capture of raw request bodies exists for troubleshooting; it is off by default, is switched on only for a specific account during an investigation and turns itself off after a set number of requests.

We do not forward your IP address or your browser cookies to model providers.
